Koforidua Technical University KTU Fresh Students Medical Examination for 2018/2019 Session.
Authorities of the Koforidua Technical University (KTU) wishes to inform all the Fresh Students that the Medical Examination exercise has been Scheduled for 2018/2019 Session.
KTU 2018/2019 Fresh Students Medical Examination Schedule:
All first year students (Morning and Weekend) are required to undergo medical examination in the University. In view of this, all first year students are informed to take note of the following and act accordingly:
MORNING SESSION STUDENTS
Date: – Tuesday, 9th – Friday, 26th October 2018
Time: – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location – New Engineering Block (First Floor)
WEEKEND SESSION STUDENTS
Date: – Saturdays 13th, 20th and 27th October 2018
Time: – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location – New Engineering Block (First Floor)
NOTE: Medical examination is compulsory for all first year students as enshrined in the Students Hand Book (Article 32b). Those who fail to undergo the medical examination shall lose their student status.
This time table shall be strictly adhered to. Please excuses shall not be entertained.

NOTE TO WEEKEND SESSION STUDENTS
- Weekend students of the various programmes who may have time during the day can join their colleagues on the specific dates assigned to their groups for the exercise.
- Weekend Students who MAY NOT have time as indicated in the NOTE 1 above are required to come on the date allocated to them. Please note also that this schedule shall be strictly adhered to and excuses shall not be entertained.
